Notwithstanding any other restrictions under Chapter 407 of the Code of the Borough of Middlesex, no trailer licensed, designed or used for commercial purposes shall be permitted to park or remain on any street or highway or portion thereof within the Borough between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Between the hours of 8:01 a.m. and 8:59 p.m., trailers licensed, designed and being actively used for commercial purposes may be parked for no more than two hours within the Borough so long as such trailer is situated within 100 feet of the location where such commercial activity is then actively occurring.

A. 
No person shall park a truck, trailer, semitrailer, omnibus, bus vehicle and/or a school bus vehicle Type 1, as defined by N.J.S.A. 39:1-1, having a manufacturer's gross weight in excess of four tons on any street or highway or portion thereof.

B. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police office may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before gaining possession of the vehicle.
C. 
The effectiveness of this article is contingent upon signs being erected as required by law. Signs shall be placed at the major entry points into the Borough notifying the general public of this article and shall be pointed at the following locations:
(1) 
South Avenue and the Middlesex/Dunellen border.
(2) 
William Street and the Middlesex/Piscataway border.
(3) 
Cedar Avenue and the Middlesex/Piscataway border.
(4) 
River Road and the Middlesex/Piscataway border.
(5) 
Lincoln Boulevard and the Middlesex/Bound Brook border.
(6) 
Union Avenue and the Middlesex/Bound Brook border.
(7) 
Shepherd Avenue and the Middlesex/Bridgewater border.
(8) 
Greenbrook Road and the Middlesex/Green Brook border.
(9) 
Warrenville Road and the Middlesex/Green Brook border.
(10) 
Bound Brook Road and the Middlesex/Dunellen border.
The south side of Lincoln Boulevard from the boundary line of the Borough of Bound Brook to A Street and from Cedar Avenue to Madison Avenue, and the south side of Lincoln Boulevard from the boundary line of Bound Brook to B Street are hereby designated as no-parking zones in which all vehicles are prohibited from parking.

For a violation of any provision of this article, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $250 nor more than $500 for a first violation or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both. Any offender committing a second or subsequent violation shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $500 nor more than $750 or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both.
