No left turn on Valentine Street at Route NJ 28 northbound on Valentine Street to westbound on Route NJ 28 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday when school is in session
B. 
No left turn on Vail Street at Route NJ 28 northbound on Vail Street to westbound on Route NJ 28 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday when school is in session.
C. 
No left turn on northbound Lorraine Avenue to Route 28 westbound on Route NJ 28 (Union Avenue) from 7:00a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday when schools are in session.

The Chief of Police of the Borough of Middlesex is hereby authorized to install signs in accordance with law prohibiting left turns as hereinabove provided.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine as provided by state law.
