The following speed limits shall be established within the Borough of Middlesex:
A. 
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along Lincoln Boulevard shall be as follows:
(1) 
Thirty-five miles per hour from the westerly Middlesex Borough line to 50 feet west of Madison Avenue.
(2) 
Thirty miles per hour from a point 50 feet west of Madison Avenue to South Lincoln Avenue.
(3) 
Twenty-five miles per hour from a point immediately east of South Lincoln Avenue to the terminus of Lincoln Boulevard.

B. 
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along Raritan Avenue shall be as follows:

(1) 
Thirty-five miles per hour between Lincoln Boulevard and Route 28 (Union Avenue).
C. 
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along William Street in the Borough of Middlesex shall be established at 35 miles per hour.

D. 
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along River Road, also known as Temporary Route 18, also known as County Road 2-R-8, shall be established at 35 miles per hour.

E. 
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along South Avenue within the jurisdiction of the Borough of Middlesex shall be established at 40 miles per hour.

Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
