§ 1-8 Access to Code volume.

§ 1-6 Adoption; codification.

All ordinances shall be introduced, read, heard and enacted in the manner provided by general law.

The Council shall take appropriate action to ensure that ordinances and resolutions of the preceding year are compiled or codified.

§ 1-7 Ordinance Book.

The Ordinance Book shall be signed by the Mayor and Clerk.

§ 1-8 Access to Code volume.

A copy of the Code of the Township of Mount Holly shall be filed in the office of the Township Clerk and shall remain there for the use and examination of the public.
