Article II Adoption of State Code

[A resolution accepting the State Building Construction Code and making it applicable to the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson 8-11-1953. The current title of the state code is the "State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code."]

§ 101-10.1 NYStretch Energy Code 2020.

[Added 6-16-2020 by L.L. No. 8-2020]

Upon the effective date of this section, the NYStretch Energy Code 2020, published by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, shall be applicable to all new construction and substantial renovations in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson.
