Ringing of bells, blowing of horns or whistles, except on the Fourth
of July or the day on which the national independence is celebrated, and the
day prior thereto, loud shouting and all other unusual, improper or disturbing
noise in any of the streets, lanes, public places or grounds is hereby forbidden.
Any person violating this article shall be liable and subject to a penalty
of $10 for each and every violation thereof; and a violation of this article
shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating the same shall
be a disorderly person.

No music of any kind or description, including instrumental music, radio,
player piano, jukebox, recorded, electronically reproduced or vocal music,
which shall interfere with the repose, health, comfort, safety or welfare
of any person shall be played, caused to be played or permitted to be played
between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. in any restaurant, bar,
tavern and/or other public place licensed to sell liquors, wines or beer to
be consumed on the premises.
Any person who plays or who causes or permits such music to be played
in violation of this article and any person owning, managing or conducting
a restaurant, bar, tavern or other public place licensed to sell liquors,
wines or beer in which such music is played in violation hereof shall be guilty
of disorderly conduct and shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $25
nor more than $250 for each offense. Each and every day that such violation
continues shall constitute a separate offense.
