A.
In accordance with the provisions of New York Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1643, the maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on highways within the Village is 25 miles per hour, except as provided in Subsection B and C below.

B.
The maximum speed limit on state and county highways
within the Village shall be as posted.

C.
Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed
at which vehicles may proceed in the school speed zone on Farragut
Avenue on school days between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
