Fishing and crabbing from the bridge which carries
Seawane Drive over Mallow Reach, or any part thereof, including the
railings, approaches, abutments, piles, supports and braces, is hereby
prohibited, and it shall be unlawful for any person to fish or crab
in violation of the provisions of this section.
