On all site plans, preliminary subdivision plats and large lot subdivision applications involving land, grading, excavation or removal or destruction of topsoil, trees or other vegetative cover of land, there shall be submitted to the Planning Board a separate soil erosion and sediment control plan at a scale of either one inch equals 50 feet or one inch equals 100 feet for each site. Such plans shall contain:
A. 
Location and description of existing natural and man-made features on and surrounding the site, including general topography and soil characteristics and a copy of the soil conservation district soil survey, where available.
B. 
Location and description of proposed changes to the site.
C. 
Measures for soil erosion and sediment control which must meet or exceed Standards and Specifications for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control adopted by the Sussex County Soil Conservation District. The said Standards and Specifications shall be on file at the offices of the local Soil Conservation District and the Municipal Clerk.
D. 
A schedule of the sequence of installation of planned erosion and sediment control measures as related to the progress of the project, including starting and completion dates.
E. 
All proposed revisions of data required shall be submitted for approval.
F. 
Space for signatures attesting to Soil Conservation District approval.
G. 
Space for Planning Board approval.
