[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council

There is hereby established a Police Department
of the Borough.
The Police Department shall consist of a Chief
of Police, two Sergeants of Police, six or more patrolmen and such
special patrolmen as the Mayor may see fit to appoint, to meet emergency
conditions.
Each member of the police force shall be furnished
uniforms by the Borough.
