A.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Waynesboro is hereby
authorized to enter into such contracts or agreements as may be necessary
or desirable in order to provide for the operation of a Community Antenna
Television System within the Borough of Waynesboro on such terms and conditions
as shall be determined proper and desirable by the Borough Council of the
Borough of Waynesboro.
B.
The Borough may enter into any such agreement with any
individual, partnership or corporation and for such duration as it deems desirable.
No Community Antenna Television System within the Borough of Waynesboro
shall supply services within said Borough without having first entered into
an agreement with the Borough Council of the Borough of Waynesboro as herein
provided. Any such Community Antenna Television System providing services
within the Borough without having first entered into an agreement as herein
provided with the Borough with reference to providing said services shall
upon summary conviction before the Magisterial District Judge be sentenced to pay a
fine of $500 and cost of prosecution. Each day of violation shall constitute
a separate offense under this chapter.
