Borough of Waynesboro, PA Chapter 226 Skateboards, Skates and Rollerblades

§ 226-1 Riding on sidewalks prohibited on certain streets.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, ride, propel, or otherwise operate a skateboard, rollerblades, or roller skates on the public sidewalks of the following streets or highways within the Borough of Waynesboro at the following locations:

Highway	Between
Main Street	Broad Street and Franklin Street
Potomac Street	North Street and Second Street

§ 226-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $300, plus costs of prosecution.
