Any person aggrieved by any action of the Director
of Engineering of the Borough of Waynesboro may appeal to the Borough
Council of the Borough of Waynesboro within 30 days of that action.
The various headings used throughout this chapter
are intended only as an aid in its organization, in order to facilitate
ease of reading, and are not to be considered a substantive part of
this chapter.
This chapter shall be in full force and effect
from and after the first day of October 1995.
