No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any street or public highway in the Borough for the principal purpose of:
A. 
Storage, repair, greasing and/or washing of any automobile, truck or other vehicle, excepting only repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
B. 
Displaying such vehicle for sale.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, for each and every violation, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $5 or more than $10 and costs of prosecution. Provided, each day's violation of any provision of this article, after conviction thereof, shall constitute a separate violation.
In default of payment of any fine or costs imposed by any part of this article, the violator shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than five days or more than 10 days.
