In the case of a minor subdivision as defined by this chapter,
only a final plat has to be submitted to the Borough for review. A
preliminary plat is not required.
In the case of all subdivisions and land developments other
than minor subdivisions, both preliminary and final plats shall be
submitted to the Borough.
