The establishment of the Grosse Ile Township Special Assessment Water District No. 100 consisting of the following properties is hereby confirmed: Lots 1 through 44, inclusive, of Normandin Subdivision; Lots 21 through 39, inclusive, and Lots 45 through 63, inclusive, of Daniel Reaumes Subdivision; Lots 9A1, 9A2, 9C1, 9C2, 9C3, 9C4, 10A, 6B, 6B2, 7 and 12 of Gasco's Subdivision; Lot 144b4b of Supervisor's Grosse Ile Plat No. 10; and Lots 383 through 388 and Lots 390, 391 and 398 of Supervisor's Grosse Ile Plat No. 44.
The front foot assessment established for the Grosse Ile Township Water Special Assessment District No. 100 at the rate $13.79 per front foot of assessed property may be paid at the rate of 10% per year for a period of 10 years with interest on the unpaid balance at any time outstanding at the rate of 6 1/4%. The first installment of 10% of the assessment is due June 1, 1975, with interest thereon at the rate of 6 1/4% for seven months. Subsequent installment payments over the balance of the 10 years shall be due June 1 of each succeeding year until paid with interest due on the unpaid balance at that time of 6 1/4% per annum. Any assessment may be paid in full at any time and interest due and owing on the outstanding balance shall be computed at the 6 1/4% per annum rate to date of payoff. An installment shall not be deemed to be late until July 1 immediately following the June 1 due date on which date and thereafter a 4% collection charge on the unpaid installment plus interest thereon at 3/4% per month shall be applied and added to the overdue installment.
