Minutes of all regular and special meetings shall be maintained in the office of the Clerk. The minutes shall reflect the date, time and place of the meetings; members recorded as either present or absent; a general description of all matters proposed, discussed or decided; and a record of any votes taken. Copies of approved minutes shall be provided to the Township Manager and the Airport Manager.
Members of the Committee shall serve without compensation.
