§ 183-1 Establishment.

A Parking Violations Bureau, to be located at the Township Treasurer's office, is hereby established and vested with the authority to collect fine money from parking and standing violations written on Township of Grosse Ile parking tickets. The Township of Grosse Ile parking tickets shall be written in accordance with the fine schedule established in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.

§ 183-2 Collection of fines; procedure.

All fine money collected at the Parking Violations Bureau shall be turned over to the Township Treasurer and shall be subject to all applicable audit and accounting procedures.[1]
