All modular classrooms located at Parker School,
owned by Arthur Industries, South Main Street, Terryville, and leased
to the Tolland Board of Education shall effectively September 1, 1988,
be exempt from personal property taxes, pursuant to Section 12-81(58)
of the General Statutes of Connecticut.
This article is intended to exempt personal
property listed above from the 1988 Grand List and all subsequent
lists.
