Noncompliance or failure of any consumer to observe
any of the rules or regulations of the Department will be sufficient
cause for shutting off the water supply.
Whenever the water is shut off from any service for
nonpayment or violation of the rules and regulations of the Department,
no person shall turn the service back on until customer arrears, Town
expenses or causes of complaint have been resolved.[1]
