The Town Manager is responsible for the preparation
of a position classification plan, including a written definition
for each job class of positions in the Town, which describes the duties,
authority and responsibilities characteristic of positions properly
included in the class. The plan and any amendments thereto shall be
forwarded to the Town Council for final adoption.
