Editor's Note: Former §§ 69-53, Employee complaint
or grievance, 69-54, Presentation of grievance to immediate superior,
69-55, Presentation to department head, and 69-56, Filing grievance
with Borough Administrator, were repealed 12-13-2022 by Ord. No. 1614.
All papers and documents relating to a grievance
and its disposition shall be placed in the employee's personnel file
in the Central Personnel Office.
