§ 4-1 Administrative Code established.

An Administrative Code is hereby established for the government of the Borough of Tarentum, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to the laws of the commonwealth and the Borough Code.[1]

§ 4-2 Inclusion in Code book.

The Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,[1] shall comprise Chapter 4[2] of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Tarentum. It shall be known and referred to as the "Administrative Code."

§ 4-3 Amendments.

Administrative changes in the Administrative Code, which cannot affect the substantive rights of the citizens of the borough or its employees, shall be amended by resolution of the Council of the Borough of Tarentum from time to time.
