Mobile homes shall be permitted only in approved trailer parks.
No trailer park shall be permitted unless it meets the following requirements:
A.
No trailer park shall have an area of less than three
acres.
B.
Every trailer site within the park shall have an area
of not less than 1,500 square feet.
C.
No trailer shall be sited within 35 feet of any adjacent
property.
D.
Not less than 10% of the gross area of the park shall
be improved for recreational activities of the residents of the park.
E.
The park shall be appropriately landscaped and screened
from adjacent properties.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
Any house trailer or other vehicle used or intended for use as a
dwelling unit, camper, sleeping trailer, hunting trailer or similar use.
A site designed and approved for the rental of park sites for mobile
homes.
