§ 30-1 Intent; jurisdiction of county.

It is hereby declared to be the intention of municipality that upon the establishment of the County Department of Health of Allegheny County, the Borough of Tarentum will cease to exercise any of the public health functions vested in it by law and become subject to the jurisdiction of said County Department of Health.
