Tarentum Borough hereby establishes a Pension Committee for its Police
Pension Plan, effective July 1, 1999.
The Pension Committee shall consist of one member of the Borough Council,
one representative of borough management and one active member of the Pension
Plan.
The Pension Committee shall meet periodically to review plan operation,
including, but not limited to, benefits, investment of funds and legislative
issues related to the plan.
The Pension Committee shall report to the Borough Council at least annually
with the status of the plan, including, but not limited to, plan investment
performance, actuarial soundness of the plan, legislative issues related to
the plan and plan costs.
