The Board of Trustees of the Village of Lowville, New
York, does hereby elect to provide the additional pension benefits of § 75-e,
as presently or hereafter amended, and entitled "Guaranteed Retirement Benefits
for Employees of Participating Employers."
B.
This election shall become effective with the payroll
period beginning on July 1, 1972.

the Retirement and Social Security Law, as presently or hereafter amended,
for employees of participating employers.
