Failure to secure a license when required or
operating a food establishment after suspension or revocation of a
license issued by the Health Officer shall constitute a violation
of this chapter. When official notice of a violation of any of the
provisions of this chapter has been served upon any person, such violation
shall be discontinued immediately.

Any person, firm or corporation which violates
any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be
liable for each violation to a fine of up to the maximum amount provided
from time to time by state statute.
