Any money hereafter received by the Borough of Derry from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on account of state tax upon premiums of foreign fire insurance companies shall be paid to the Derry Volunteer Fire Company Relief Association, which organization is hereby designated as the recipient of such tax now due or hereafter to become due the Borough from the commonwealth, and the Borough Secretary is directed to notify the office of the Auditor General to that effect.
