[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council
of the Borough of Derry 2-11-1975 by Ord. No. 472 (Ch. IV, Part 1, of the
1975 Code of Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
All persons are hereby prohibited from riding
bicycles on any sidewalk in the Borough of Derry.
Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment
for not more than five days.
