Should any of these regulations conflict or
be inconsistent with any provision of Village Law, such provisions
of Village Law shall apply.
After the signing and filing of the final plat,
if it is determined that the structure(s) as built does(do) not conform
to the approved plat, no certificate of occupancy shall be issued
until such time that the structure(s) is/(are) in compliance. The
continued validity of a certificate of occupancy shall be subject
to continued conformance with the approved final plat, the applicable
laws, and any conditions of approval. If it is determined by the Building
Department or other appropriate Village representative that a structure(s)
is/(are) not in compliance with its approved plat, the Building Department
may revoke said certificate of occupancy, and a new certificate of
occupancy shall be issued only once the structure(s) is/(are) in full
compliance with its approved plat.
Any appeal from a decision of the Planning Board
with respect to a subdivision plat shall be presented to a court of
record within 30 days after the filing of the decision in the office
of the Planning Board, pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of
Village Law.
