The map filed in the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus in the County of Bergen upon the introduction of this chapter, entitled "Official Map, Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, New Jersey, Scale one inch equals 300 feet, November 25, 1969," prepared by William H. Schwanewede Associates, Borough Engineer, 201 The Plaza, Teaneck, New Jersey, with Appendix "A" thereto, entitled "Flood Control Basin Map for the Saddle River in the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, New Jersey, Scale one inch equals 100 feet, November 1968," prepared by William H. Schwanewede Associates, Borough Engineer, 201 The Plaza, Teaneck, New Jersey, is hereby established and adopted as the Official Map of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus pursuant to the authority and within the meaning of the "Official Map and Building Permit Act (1953)" (N.J.S.A. 40:55-1.30 et seq.).[1]

This chapter shall take effect upon final adoption and publication according to law.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
