The following application fees are not refundable and include
one review of each deed and/or plat submitted for signing by the Chairman
and Secretary of the Board.
A. Minor subdivision application: $400 plus $100 per lot.
B. Boundary adjustment application involving fewer than three acres:
$150 per application.
C. Boundary adjustment application involving three acres or more: $300
per application.
D. Variance application to Planning Board: $200 per variance request
in addition to other required fees.
E. Conditional use application: $400.

F. Major subdivision applications:
(1)
Informal or concept plan: $500 nonrefundable fee to be applied
toward subsequent preliminary major subdivision application fee.
(2)
Preliminary plat: $2,000 plus $125 per lot.
(3)
Final plat: $1,000 plus $50 per lot.
G. Site plan application: $300 plus $0.03 per square foot.
H. Review of revised deed or plat: $25 for each review of a corrected
or revised deed or plat.
I. Request for extension of subdivision or site plan approval: $100
per extension request.

The Board of Adjustment shall charge the following nonrefundable fees in addition to the fees set forth in §§
230-139 and in 230-134D for any applications listed thereunder which the Board of Adjustment is required by law to review, whether such review is undertaken in conjunction with or subsequent to an application listed herein.
A. Processing fee: $100 per application to cover the costs of newspaper
printing and photocopying, etc.
B. Selected "c" variances: $100 for each front yard, side yard or rear
yard setback variance application for any use or for each "c" variance
application pertaining to a single-family detached residence.
C. Any "d" variance: $500 per variance application.
D. Any "c" variance not listed in Subsection
B: $200 per variance, plus escrow identified in §
230-134D(10).

E. All other applications or appeals to the Zoning Board of Adjustment: $500 per application, plus escrow identified in §
230-134D(11).

The fees provided for in this article shall be paid in full
upon submission of an application to the Administrative Officer, an
application will not be declared complete and scheduled for public
hearing unless and until all required fees are paid in full.
