A. 
Carrying open bottles, cans or other containers of any kind containing any alcoholic beverage in public places with the intent of consuming alcoholic beverages in public places is prohibited.

B. 
No person shall consume any alcoholic beverages in a public place unless the same is duly licensed by the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
C. 
No person shall carry, transport or otherwise possess any open bottle, can or other container of any kind that contains any alcoholic beverage in a public place with the intent of the possessor, or another, to consume such beverage in public.

No person shall break or otherwise discard or leave any glass, bottle, glassware, crockery, can or container of any kind in any public street, public sidewalk, public parking area or other public place within the Village limits of the Village of Mount Morris, except in an appropriate refuse container.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation, and subject to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
