No person shall operate a snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle,
as such are defined by the Vehicle and Traffic Law, on any public
sidewalk within the Village limits of the Village of Mount Morris,
Livingston County, New York.
Every person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall
be punishable by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment for
not more than 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
