§ 91-2 Fees to be surrendered to treasury.

All fees received by the Tax Collector by virtue of the office of the Tax Collector shall be paid and surrendered to the Town Treasury except the fees for deputy collector services listed in the MGL c. 60, § 15, Clauses 10 and 11.
