Town of Great Barrington, MA Article III Payment of Town Fees and Charges

§ 91-3 Due date.

Unless otherwise provided by statute or applicable regulation, the due date for Town charges and bills shall be 30 days from the date of written notice of such charge or bill.

§ 91-4 Interest.

If any Town charge or bill remains unpaid after the due date, it shall be subject to interest at the rate of 12% per year.
