Any advice, opinion or information given by the Board or any
Board member or any other official or employee of the Town of Great
Barrington shall not be binding on the Board.
A.
It is declared to be the policy of the Board to discourage any personal
appeals to members of the Board.
B.
No member of the Board shall appear on behalf of or represent any
person in any matter pending before the Board; no member shall hear
or decide a case in which he or she is directly or indirectly interested
in a personal or financial sense.
