Borough of High Bridge, NJ Article II General Penalty

[Adopted 2-9-2006 as Sec. 1-15 of the 2006 Code of the Borough of High Bridge]

§ 1-15 Violations and penalties.

A. Upon conviction for violation of any provision of this Code or other ordinance of the Borough of High Bridge, the maximum penalty shall be one or more of the following: a fine not to exceed $2,000, imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, and/or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.

B. Each and every day upon which a violation of any provision of this Code or other ordinance exists shall constitute a separate violation.
