Borough of High Bridge, NJ Article III Drug-Free Public Park and Building Zones

[Adopted 2-9-2006 as Sec. 14-6 of the 2006 Code of the Borough of High Bridge]

§ 160-12 Map adopted.

The map attached hereto as Schedule A,[1]entitled "Map of Location of Areas on or within 500 Feet of Public Parks and Public Buildings as Defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1," prepared by H. Clay McEldowney, Licensed Land Surveyor, and dated December 2005, is hereby adopted by the governing body pursuant to and for the purposes set forth in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1.

§ 160-13 Map to constitute official finding and record.

Schedule A is hereby approved by the governing body as an official finding and record of the location and boundaries of the areas on or within 500 feet of public parks and public buildings, as same are defined by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1, within the Borough of High Bridge.
