With the exception of those devices necessary to assist in the
movement of individuals suffering from a handicap, the use of wheeled
devices on any public way, commonly known as sidewalks, adjacent to
that portion of Chestnut Street situate between First Avenue and Second
Avenue, and that portion of First Avenue situate between Chestnut
Street and Ligonier Street or on other real estate which the Borough
of Derry owns in fee simple is hereby prohibited.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, for each and every violation, be fined
not more than $300 plus the costs of prosecution.
