[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Borough of Red Bank by Ord. No. 1/11/73 (Ch. BH:VIII of the 1989 Borough Health Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
Adoption by reference. The Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970), approved by the New Jersey State Department of Health, is herein adopted and incorporated herein as fully as set out at length herein.
B. 
Title of code. The code established and adopted by this chapter, by reference, is described and commonly known as, the "Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970)," as hereinafter may be amended by the Board of Health of the Borough of Red Bank.

C. 
Public record. Three copies of the Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970) have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of this local Board of Health and will remain on file for the use and examination of the public.

A. 
Required for construction or alteration. No person shall construct or alter a swimming pool in the Borough, covered by the Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970), without first having obtained from the Board of Health a permit. A fee of $10 shall be charged for said permit.
B. 
Required for operation. No person shall operate a swimming pool in the Borough, covered by the Swimming Pool Code of New Jersey (1970), without first having obtained from the Board of Health a license. Each license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall expire January 1 following the date of issue. A license granted under this chapter shall be revocable for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the laws of this state relating to swimming pools. Annual license fee shall be $100. License fees received after June 30 of each year shall be subject to a late fee of $25.
