Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. and most specifically
N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-17, the Borough of Clayton hereby consents to and
requests to be included within the area of operation of the Housing
Authority for Gloucester County.
The powers, duties and obligations of the Borough of Clayton
in relation to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing Authority
of Gloucester County will be governed by the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40A:12A-1 et seq.
