Borough of Clayton, NJ Chapter 13 Housing Authority

§ 13-1 Inclusion in area of operation of Gloucester County Housing Authority. [1]

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. and most specifically N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-17, the Borough of Clayton hereby consents to and requests to be included within the area of operation of the Housing Authority for Gloucester County.

§ 13-2 Powers, duties and obligations. [1]

The powers, duties and obligations of the Borough of Clayton in relation to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing Authority of Gloucester County will be governed by the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.
