[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now Borough
Council) of the Borough of Beach Haven 5-11-2009 by Ord. No. 2009-13. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Any qualified organization as that term is defined in N.J.A.C.
13:47-1.1 applying for a bingo license or a raffle license in the
Borough of Beach Haven shall be exempt from the payment of any municipal
licensing fee as required by N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10(a).

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority
to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses to be held in
the Borough of Beach Haven.
