§ 60-1 Department established; responsibilities.

There shall be a Department of Information Technology for the City of Kingston which shall be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all information technology for all City Departments.

§ 60-2 Management of Department.

The Department shall be managed by a department head to be titled as "Director of Information Technology." Said Director must meet all civil service requirements to hold such position.
