Town of Tolland, CT Article XI Exemption for Personal Property

§ 136-49 Exemption granted to Town.

Effective with the Grand List of October 2011, the Town of Tolland, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 12-81(58), is hereby exempt from the personal property tax on any furniture and fixtures leased to the Town, provided that the equipment is used exclusively for Town purposes.
