- Ch DL Disposition List
The Town Board shall from time to time by resolution designate
the rates to be charged for the use of the facilities of the Club.
It shall be permissible for the Director to accept deposits
to be applied toward full payment of the aforesaid designated rate.
Residents shall be entitled, upon request, to the issuance of
one locker for each resident family unit.
Residents shall be entitled to lease a cabana at a reduced rate,
as set forth in the resolution designating rates to be charged for
the use of the facilities of the Club, provided, however, that if
they elect to lease a cabana, they must relinquish any and all claims
to a locker as set forth above.
