The routes noted in Schedule XXIV (§ 292-65) are hereby established as the sole route of ingress and egress in and through the Borough of Hillsdale for solid waste and recycling vehicles traveling to and from the solid waste transfer station located at 131 Patterson Street. The operator of the solid waste transfer facility shall be responsible for apprising all patrons utilizing the facility of these prescribed routes and shall be liable for any violation committed.
