§ 700.010]
The purpose of this Chapter is to
set out the manner in which water and sewer service will be provided
to customers of the City of O'Fallon water and sewer systems. This
Chapter provides for the rules and regulations that will provide for
orderly service and system uses, sets standards for construction of
line extensions, sets rates and charges, provides for conservation
and protection of drinking water, sets conditions on industrial sewer
discharges, sets penalties for violations and other matters relating
thereto.
