Except in Zoning District with "DT" restrictions, all buildings
and structures hereafter erected, constructed, reconstructed or altered
shall be provided with off-street parking space, either in the form
of parking garages or open parking area, for parking of motor vehicles
in accordance with the following minimum requirements. In a residence
district, no part of an off-street parking area, driveways excluded,
shall be located in the required front yard. All loading areas shall
be so located that delivery or loading vehicles shall not obstruct
streets, walks or public rights-of-way.
